2. Medical & Care Disclaimer

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: All treatments provided (including traditional Varmakalai, Panchakarma, and general consultations) are holistic, traditional wellness therapies. They should not be used as a substitute for professional emergency medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment from a primary care physician.

Patient outcomes vary depending on physical constitutions (Prakriti), lifestyle factors, and compliance with dietary recommendations. It is your responsibility to inform our clinical staff of any pre-existing medical conditions, surgical histories, or active medications prior to undergoing any physical therapies.

3. Booking & Cancellations

To ensure clinical efficiency and care quality, all appointments are subject to the following rules:

Booking Leads: Digital booking submissions represent request leads and are confirmed only after direct consultation or validation by our desk team.
Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot.
No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without notification may result in suspension of online booking privileges.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, templates, and coding, is the property of Sri Boghar Sugalaya and is protected under national and international copyright laws.
